  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partner success management,
  • Advanced skills of relationship management,
  • Ability to keep up with an intense work schedule with the aim of partner success and have a result-oriented approach to project management,
  • Experience in customer or partner acquisition,
  • Experience in consultancy, technology and startups,
  • Good command of globally used sales tools and knowledge on the sales process,
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills,
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, solution-oriented attitude,
  • High motivation for innovations,
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English,
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree,


  • Establishing long term, trust-based relationships with our partners,
  • Managing the base consisted of our strategic partners,
  • Helping newly acquired partners start using our services and following these procedures,
  • Making our currently available partners use our new services,
  • Creating a strategic success plan for each business partner and putting it into practice,
  • Choosing, monitoring and applying KPIs,
  • Making periodic evaluations with our partners and preparing reports on them,
