We met software developers at Developer Summit 2019 for which we are the Golden Sponsor. Our HR team shared information about the life at Teknasyon, our job offers, and our mobile applications that have achieved great success all around the world.
On Wednesday, March 20th, we were at Koç University to talk about the career opportunities at Teknasyon and answer all the questions.
Within the scope of Careers In Engineering&Information Technologies, we attended the Coffee Break @Campus event, and evaluated the internship and part-time job opportunities of our company.
Teknasyon’s General Manager Dilara Rassad Alkoç gave an interview to Capital magazine and mentioned the company’s achievements in the global market: “Teknasyon is a company that changed its local direction to the global and received Facebook’s one hundred percent support during this process. In the campaigns that we use Facebook’s Automatic Placements feature, we have reduced 23 percent of the new subscription costs, and increased 42 percent of the number of our new subscribers.”
On Wednesday, March 13th, we attended BİLGİTalent Fest’19 with our Human Resources team. We got together with students at Bilgi University’s Santralistanbul Campus, told them about Teknasyon, and evaluated together the internship and part-time job applications for various positions of your company.
We hosted 45 students at our Istanbul office within the scope of the event. After the presentation made by our HR team, we gave the students a tour of our office and they had an opportunity to see how mobile apps are developed from the very first point namely the idea of the app to its design and software processes.
At the following weekend, Teknasyon CTO Fatih Üstündağ made a speech called “How to Develop a Global App with Millions of Users” in which he discussed the key points of production processes of global mobile applications. In our workshop “How to develop fast and high-quality apps by using open source technologies”, with future software developers, we also created a “cafeteria application” to make life easier for all Boğaziçi University students. Students now can easily access to daily menus of the university cafeteria with this application.
