What do we expect from you?

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Fluency in SQL.
  • Experience with visualization tools (We use Apache Superset & Looker Studio)
  • Ability to extract and analyze actionable data from valuable marketing data sources to drive marketing strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement data collection procedures to gather relevant information for analytical systems.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of information to identify patterns that enhance understanding brand engagement, user journeys, and purchasing behaviors.
  • A problem-solving attitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical issues in a fast-paced environment.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams to translate business needs into data-driven strategies and actionable insights.
  • Communicating clearly and using storytelling skills to translate complex data into practical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining marketing performance dashboards and reports, providing visibility into key metrics and campaign results.
  • Building and optimizing statistical models to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness and personalize marketing strategies.
  • Keeping up with new trends in data analysis, marketing tools, and machine learning, applying relevant updates to your work.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in data practices.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data warehouse environments like BigQuery or similar
  • Understanding of data science, analytics, and machine learning principles with some experience applying them in a marketing context
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools like Python or R
