WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, Sendgrid, Related Digital or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven content.
  • Experience with email design tools and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, IYS and other email marketing regulations is a plus.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Develop Email Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective email marketing strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns that align with our business goals.
  • Create Email Sequences: Plan and manage email sequences for each stage of the customer journey, including registration, account setup, balance addition, and churn prevention, or any other funnel stages.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling email copy that resonates with our target audience and drives action.
  • Design Email Templates: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and brand-aligned email templates.
  • Campaign Management: Execute, monitor, and optimize email campaigns to ensure high open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and designs to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze and Report: Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment the audience and tailor email campaigns to different customer personas.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
