WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own and manage the entire sales process for B2B SaaS products, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, and negotiations globally.
  • Proactively find and contact potential leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to optimize the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Track sales metrics, forecast performance, and report on key results to management.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for business development and product improvement strategies.
  • Able to use AI tools effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar lead generation-focused role, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
