WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

AI-Driven Creative Production: Design unique, fully AI-generated creatives for various platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) by leveraging AI tools to showcase the “magic moments” of our utility apps.
Advanced Localization Adaptation: Use AI tools not just to translate, but to localize content — ensuring audio, tone, and visual elements feel “native” in every market, from Brazil to Japan.
AI Lipsync Production: Work with videos to create flawless lip-sync across multiple languages using AI tools.
Voice Adaptation: Manage the full voice-over production cycle — selecting the right voice tone, generating the voice-over, and performing final integration.
Linguistic Verification: Use AI tools to assess translations for naturalness and accuracy, ensuring content reads as truly native in every language.
Audio & Visual Quality Control: Review voice-over quality and ensure on-screen gestures and expressions align with the rhythm and tone of the new language.
Smart Workflow Management: Build a systematic process for working with AI tools: select the right tools for the task, combine generated results, and integrate them into a stable assembly pipeline.
Automation & Funnel Support: Support the team in building and optimizing automation funnels, ensuring that AI-generated video assets are seamlessly integrated into our user acquisition and marketing flows.
Technical Execution: Perform technical tasks, including resizing, formatting, and creating design variations of creatives, to ensure high performance across different digital channels.
Continuous Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and video trends, test new solutions, and identify the best approaches for our creative production and localization strategies.
Deadline Management: Ensure users receive new content on time by effectively managing delivery schedules.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Detail-Oriented (Linguistic Perspective): You enjoy analyzing language nuances and solving them with logic.
Foundational After Effects Knowledge: Basic understanding of dynamic editing, color correction, adding simple animations/effects, and working with text blocks.
Passion for AI Tools: Confident use of (or a strong desire to master) AI tools such as Sora, VEO, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.
Global Mindset: An interest in how content is perceived globally and a drive to make our apps feel local in any language or culture.
Proactive & Independent: Instead of waiting for instructions, you propose solutions and take ownership. A “how can I do this faster and more naturally with AI?” mindset, with a hunger to experiment with new technologies.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn complex product ecosystems.
Fluency in English: Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and handle international content. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
