WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree,
At least three years of experience in a similar position,
Skilled and experienced in livechat,
Very good command of MS Office applications,
Good command of English,
Experienced in written communication with customers,
Skilled in customer management in social media,
Experienced in customer complaint management,
Experienced in reporting process,
Strong analytical skills,
Team player; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Meet customer needs that come in through CRM via various channels,
Prepare weekly and monthly demand analysis,
Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and empathetic responses across all touchpoints.
Manage end-to-end customer experience during live interactions by understanding user needs, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating when necessary.
