WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation (agency or product-side experience is a plus),
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,
Strong portfolio of content across TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms,
Ability to turn insights and data into engaging creative strategies,
Advanced writing and storytelling skills in English and Turkish,
Video-first mindset with hands-on experience in shooting/editing short-form content,
Experience with AI creative platforms (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Descript, etc.) is a strong plus,
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously,
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for digital culture and social media trends.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Develop and execute social media strategies across all social media platforms,
Create high-quality, platform-optimized content with an eye for trends and storytelling,
Manage content calendars, ensure timely posting, and maintain brand consistency,
Collaborate with graphic&motion design, production, marketing and product teams to align campaigns,
Work closely with the Internal Communications team and take an active role in shaping internal communication processes,
Actively monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion,
Experiment with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, etc.) to produce innovative content,
Keep track of industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
