Teknasyon Transitions to the Studio Universe: “The Venture OS”

Teknasyon is taking its experience that ranges from B2C applications to SaaS tools and from production to mobile games to the next level with a new organizational structure. Launched under the name “The Venture OS,” this model reshapes Teknasyon’s multi-product structure, shaped by 13 years of accumulated knowledge, around independent studios with their own strategies, goals, and areas of focus, while also making room for new studios that will join the ecosystem through investments.

Teknasyon, which has reached approximately 5 billion downloads in the global market with the hundreds of digital products it has developed to date, is making its growth approach more agile and scalable through this transformation. The new structure aims to connect the expertise accumulated over the years in the areas of technology, data, marketing, and operations to more focused teams.

Under this model, while each studio will determine its own product roadmap, priorities, and pace of work, they will continue to draw on Teknasyon’s collective knowledge and expert teams. The goal is for studios to make decisions faster, respond more quickly to new opportunities, and demonstrate greater ownership and willingness to take risks within their areas of expertise.
