  • 6 years of experience in product management and customer journey,
  • Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management,
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Experience with mobile or web projects,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree,


  • Analyzing current customer journeys for each product, identifying pain points and creating actions,
  • Defining customer journey strategy with standards and monitoring them,
  • Designing customer journeys in line with product owners and technical owners,
  • Defining customer experience measurement KPI’s,
  • Monitoring KPIs and creating periodical reports for each product,
  • Managing customer experience team and their shifts,
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation when necessary,
