We are developing and enjoying the fun with our creative and dynamic team growing up every day as Teknasyon Yazilim. Every year we have a small break in our busy work with our "Teknasyon Pitstop" meeting, during which we make plans for the future, evaluate the year we left behind and celebrate our achievements altogether. We have set new goals for ourselves with different studies and interviews with leading names in the sector and expert trainers, and we discuss our future plans.
We provide our team with individual development studies and trainings in the subjects they need for their business line. In addition to the support trainings that will contribute to the career planning of our employees who are experts in their fields, and we also provide English trainings in different levels within the company so that all our employees may take part in the international projects and adapt to the developing world.

Each and every employee we have can thank to their friends with the "Thank your friend" application over the system who help them in the same Project and in different fields and send "Bonus" to them.
