Every year we have a small break in our busy work with our "Teknasyon Pitstop" meeting, during which we make plans for the future, evaluate the year we left behind and celebrate our achievements altogether. We have set new goals for ourselves with different studies and interviews with leading names in the sector and expert trainers, and we discuss our future plans.

We, as Teknasyon, care about fair performance assessment. With the multi-source 360-degree performance assessment system, an employee is evaluated by at least four people in different positions. Through this application performed twice a year, we evaluate employee's professional, individual and behavioral competence with realistic goals, and maximize the productivity.
